Refund Policy

We strictly do not allow any refunds after the 30-day money back guarantee period

The 30-day money back guarantee only applies to first-time monthly subscribers to Flux Charts.

THE 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO YEARLY PLANS. This includes, but is not limited to, new yearly subscriptions, yearly subscription updates, and upgrades to the yearly subscription.

Refunds are only issued if a formal request is made to support@fluxcharts.com or through a Discord ticket in the official Flux Charts Discord within the 30-day period. Canceling your subscription within the 30-day period does not automatically trigger a refund. You must submit a formal request through one of the channels listed above.

Upgrading from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan does not void your refund eligibility, as long as you stay within the same billing cycle. However, if you upgrade from a monthly plan to a yearly plan during the 30-day money back guarantee period, you are no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of whether you changed tiers.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription prior to renewal by visiting the Billing section of your account on the Flux Charts website.
